topic Multiple sync on the same incident in Cortex XSOAR Discussions

Dear LIVEcommunity users,

Since version 6.0, Cortex XSOAR implements incident mirroring. Do you know if it is possible to enable two (or more) different syncs on the same incident (e.g. 2 Jira integrations, or 1 Jira and 1 ServiceNow) ?

If yes :

How does XSOAR manage the dedicated fields ("dbotMirror*" and "dbot*DirtyFields") ?

When an incoming update comes from sync A, is it replicated to the other distant peer through sync B (sync A creates DirtyFields for sync B) ?

I'm going to test it in my lab, but if someone has the answer...

Thanks

Hello Xguerin42,

We don't recommend mirroring for more than one service because of syncing issues that could corrupt the data. Our recommendation is to setup mirroring with one integration, possibly ServiceNow in this case, and then run through a playbook and/or have field-trigger-scripts to call upon Jira and make the necessary changes as they occur.
