Sometime when I'm trying to uploading images in incident warroom, its not coming as link, and not able to view what's in the image. attaching screenshots for reference.

Can you share the method that you are creating this entry in the war room? It looks like the images are embedded within some text that is also being included in the war room entry. What automation is creating the entry and what does the config for that automation look like? Thanks!

Automation not created entry in warroom, analyst manually uploaded the images into it

Can you share the steps the analyst is following to add those images with a text war room entry? The upload file option in the war room typically uploads the file separately, not within text like your screenshot shows. Thanks!
