Hi,

Error 500 is usually a server side error on the receiving server, in this case, Cisco ESA. I would suggest working with the Cisco team who manages the service or their support to see what exactly the issue is. However, on the XSOAR side, I would suggest validating the URL, creds and valid filters are used. But this looks like a case of Cisco ESA server is unable to service the request for some reason. The test function makes a simple call to message-tracking/messages?startDate={start_date}&endDate={end_date} where start date is 1 month ago to now with search_option = "messages" and cisco_host = "All_Hosts" and if it returns a success, then test returns success.

Has anyone encountered this case?
