Email data collection survey form independent of xsoar link

Hi community,

I want to create a task which sends the required query and options(single select, input box ) directly to stakeholders where they can update the data in the email itself and submit it without going to the xsoar web survey page.

You can use Google Form via Webhook, refer - https://xsoar.pan.dev/docs/reference/articles/google-forms-cortex-xsoar

or Microsoft, refer https://xsoar.pan.dev/docs/reference/articles/microsoft-forms-cortex-xsoar

You can have the email sent with a template. The template would show fields and what values are allowed. This would be a full text form. The user would reply to the email and XSOAR would parse the response.

I dont know of any other way or use case requiring the form to be filled inside the email.
