XSOAR content pack update error

Hi community,

I'm running a XSOAR CE Edition (Version 6.11.0 Build 300044), which is weirdly not able to download content pack updates.

I receive the following error message:

Are you still getting the same error when attempting to download the new content update?

So the problem was with the infrastructure not XSOAR itself.

The IP was being blocked. Giving my VM a new public IPv4 address solved the problem.
