Failed to pull incidents integration

i could see an integration failed to pull incidents error on enabling fetch incidents check.How do we know where the error is and what caused??Where can we check that?

You can find the error in the logs. Navigate to Settings->Troubleshooting>About and download logs.
Look for _fetch-incidents: Timeout in the logs

As well as @aazadaliyev suggestion you could try and look through the error message on the integration instance itself, when you hit test that wil give you a reason why the test has failed.
