      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can find the error in the logs. Navigate to Settings-&amp;gt;Troubleshooting&amp;gt;About and download logs.&lt;BR /&gt;Look for &lt;STRONG&gt;_fetch-incidents: Timeout&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt; in the logs&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As well as&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://live.paloaltonetworks.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/148243"&gt;@aazadaliyev&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;suggestion you could try and look through the error message on the integration instance itself, when you hit test that wil give you a reason why the test has failed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
