Is there a way to select alternate layouts in a case based on an if-statement?

Not really sure what you're trying to do, but layouts are tied to the Incident Type. So whatever Incident Type is selected, is the layout that will be displayed.

Hi MBeauchamp2, thank you for your response. So essentially, I run a SQL query and display the info in a layout. If the SQL query returns a null response, I'd like to display a different layout.

Is this possible?
