Hi All,

We have a requirement to create a ServiceNow ticket by taking the slack user responses.

I have built a playbook which does send the SlackBlockBuilder to the specified Slack channel but the playbook runs only when an incident is attached to it.(I'm running the playbook by creating an empty incident manually in xsoar), but I want to playbook to run automatically .

Can someone please help with this?

Hey there, not sure I fully understand, sorry.

Whats the scenario to send the questions to slack? How does the process (workflow) start?

Normally I would think there is some sort of incident in XSOAR and as part of that you send a questionnaire. If not you could setup a webhook and use some sot of script in Slack to create the empty incident... something like that

Would it be possible to help out with the script/webhook to generate an empty incident.?
