I am trying to integrate Virus total v3 in xsoar and have api key already. As you know in v3 version of virus total we cannot adjust server url so thats why I am getting issue please check and provide your useful answer

Hi @Syedhkt, looks like a network issue.

- If using a proxy, ensure that the proxy is configured properly and can be reached by the server. Also, ensure that the "use proxy" setting is configured inside the instance settings.

- Sometimes it could be a docker network issue. Restart the docker service and run the /reset_containers command to refresh containers.

- Ensure the server has internet access

- SSH into the server and execute a CURL command to VirusTotal.

The above are basic steps if still not working, raise a support request. Ensure that you provide evidence of the above steps.
