Is it possible to create a local user without email invite?

Hi team,

The customer is using XSOAR on-premise v6.12. They have a contractor (which does not have account in our AD) that we need to create a local user for, but I don't see the option in the UI to create users without email invitation.

They do not integrate with any email servers (and do not have any plans to do so at the moment), so they would really like to create a local user without email invite.

When they checked it seems that it is possible in XSOAR 8 (https://docs-cortex.paloaltonetworks.com/r/Cortex-XSOAR/8/Cortex-XSOAR-On-prem-Documentation/Create-users-in-Cortex-XSOAR).

Is it possible in current XSOAR 6.12 version?

Hi @assubramania, there is no option without an email. You can use a dummy email to generate the invite. You can then copy the invitation URL. Screenshot below.
