topic Extracting Incident Files from the Server Side or Through API in Cortex XSOAR Discussions

I have a functionality question regarding Incident Files, for example, images. I have uploaded images as both "Files" and "Media" on the XSOAR incident through the war room. Can these files be accessed from the DB or Linux side? Take note that this is not for a specific incident but rather a functionality access question. If not possible does the XSOAR Rest API support the export of incident files? Take note I don't plan on working with entry ID's or similar but only the incident ID.

Many thanks,

****Update

I believe I have found worked this out. The files are stored in /var/lib/demisto/artifacts. After extracting the file with "{incident_id}_randomnumber" i have exported the file and have given it the .jpeg rename on the external windows machine. the images can be exported and rendered through this method. If anyone can export all the images in a single action please let know. Sure I could write a script but if there is a built-in method this would be great.

Many thanks,
