Install new package

Hello all.

I need to use a non-existent package (jsonpath_ng.ext) in my automation. What is the correct way to install it and make it available to my automation?

Hi,

I'd recommend creating a new custom image in your environment using this guide: https://docs-cortex.paloaltonetworks.com/r/Cortex-XSOAR/6.5/Cortex-XSOAR-Administrator-Guide/Create-a-Docker-Image-In-Cortex-XSOAR

Then you can attach the new Docker image to the automation you will be using.
