Hi @Sumiyasubair – Are you referring to the built-in report that is generated when you click Actions > Report within an incident? If you are running into bugs with the formatting, please open up a support case, so you can share specific examples of what's going on.

To work around this in the meantime, you can generate a report based on a custom template to adjust it to the data and format you want. If you are working with tables or widgets, you may need to adjust the data (for example, reduce the number of columns in the table) to avoid it cutting off.

To use a custom format for a report on an individual incident, create a new layout tab and format it the way you want. Then you can generate an incident report based on any layout tab by going to Actions > Report and then selecting the tab.

To use a custom format for a general report across all your incident data, go to Dashboard & Reports > Reports and then create a new report.

Properly aligned and comprehensive report for XSOAR Incident

Hi all,

The current XSOAR incident report is unclear and poorly formatted. We need a properly aligned report to serve as the basis for our reporting.

Is there any way for this or any available template that we could use?

Thanks in advance.
