&lt;P&gt;I have a Redhat OS Ver9, we installed the .sh xsoar on top of that, after the installation we found the below:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;thats strange (at least)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;First of all, for RedHat 9 the system should be setup using RedHat's podman. Did you install docker on your own?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;A good start to debug would be&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;su - demisto&lt;BR /&gt;docker ps&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If there is an error, most likely the demisto user is not part of the docker group and thats why it cant see the service status&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;</description>
