Cortex XSOAR report blank page

Hey, we conducted a final test of the phishing playbook, and everything appeared to be functioning properly. Once the playbook completes, it is supposed to generate a report as usual. However, the report is being generated as a blank page, which wasn’t the case previously. I suspect this might be related to timeout settings. I referred to some documentation, which suggested increasing the timeout, and I applied those settings, but the issue is the same. Can anyone help with this?

I'd recommend figuring out what happened between when the report was working to when it wasn't. That is probably the clue as to why it stopped generating the populated report. I'd also recommend testing the report by parts and ensuring all the data points are being passed as needed.
