    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I assume it's two audit/read-only users and four standard users. Per my knowledge, it's in the license and you can't change it after it is issued and assigned to the system.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have an account team or sales representative from PANW(or the PANW partner), you can contact them with your requirements and the change you need. Once it's reported to the PANW and the license file has been changed, you can download the new file from CSP(Customer Support Portal) or cortex gateway for both XSOAR 6 and XSOAR 8. (Note: You have to be an Account Admin/Super User for your CSP) Then, import it.&lt;BR /&gt;License questions/requests shouldn't be made from the community platform; please follow the above flow or open a "Support Ticket" from the CSP directly under the serial you want to license change.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Would you please assists on picking a user for cortex xsoar, we have been bought a 1 year license for cortex xsoar starter (1 in quantity with support 2 users) and full user (4 in quantity) which is total of 6 users. However, currently we are planning to extend the license for next 1 year and decide to proceed with only the full user (quantity of 6) and drop the starter user. I will request your kind support and recommendation on our decision and if there is any dependency? Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
