Question about the execution of the Set Assignee Task

In my playbook, I have a task that runs the Set Assignee Task script, sending an email as a parameter. During the flow execution, this task remains in the waiting status, displaying the message: waiting for user input to continue this task. I would like to understand why this task is not executed automatically.

Could you provide a screenshot of the task in question? I am just assuming from the error message but you'd have to provide which assignee to set for this task.

Hello! First of all, thank you very much for your support and willingness to help me. The task was correctly configured with a valid user and email. However, during execution, it gets stuck at a certain point and remains waiting for manual interaction.

I considered two possibilities:

The script actually requires manual interaction at this stage.
An issue occurred, interrupting the process and requiring manual intervention.
Note: No error messages have been logged.

Is there a reason you are using the SetParentIncidentFields script instead of the AssignAnalystToIncident script? Also could you share a picture of the task running along with the error itself?
