RADIUS server profiles unavailable for adding users if not by admin

Scenario:

Two RADIUS servers added, tested fine.

They were both added by user "admin".

Added a new user with Admin role.

new user logs in fine, goes to add other users (because hes an admin), he can add a user, but not specify a RADIUS server for user#2, because he doesnt see them listed.

Hi,

Only superusers have rights to create servers and users.

It may be a bit misleading the fact that as an admin, you can open the view to create a new user. However, you won't have the rights to register this new user.

So, only SuperUsers can create other users and servers for authentication.
