Mindmeld and Expedition on same server

Has anyone tried installing Expedition and Mindmeld on the same Ubuntu image? I have Mindmeld installed and want to install Expedition, but wanted to know if this had been done before I muck around.

The Expedition installer expects to be a clean Ubuntu 16.04.

I think your Minemeld may be installed in an Ubuntu 18.04, which Expedition does not support yet.
