Login screen just keeps on spinning without any success

We are trying to install PA expedition in our enviroment, We had followed the installation guide from the support page https://live.paloaltonetworks.com/t5/expedition/ct-p/migration_tool, Now the issue is after installation the login screen just keeps on spinning without any success,

Hi, Thanks for getting back. My issue is after the installation the login screen is hung, We followed the same document.

Check your VM network adaptor setting, make sure it's shared with your desktop

Hi, The screen loads but after I enter the default credentials "'admin" "Paloalto" it just gets stucks and then throws out invalid credentials error.
