New install errors

Need some help with install. I ran the latest install and there were like 400 lines of errors.

After it finished, the "starting task manager" messages showed mysql wouldn't start. I rebooted the box and I wasn't able to login with the default admin/paloalto. It seems that mysql wasn't install. When I check the output during the install, I got these erros 'PHP Warning: mysqli::__construct(): (HY000/2002): No such file or directory in /var/www/html/libs/database.php on line 22
PHP Fatal error: Database connection failed: No such file or directory in /var/www/html/libs/database.php on line 24
ERROR: Exception:"

I also saw a lot of errors complaining about proxy.

" File "/usr/share/python-wheels/urllib3-1.25.8-py2.py3-none-any.whl/urllib3/poolmanager.py", line 420, in __init__
raise ProxySchemeUnknown(proxy.scheme)
urllib3.exceptions.ProxySchemeUnknown: Not supported proxy scheme

The box does need proxy to go out and the proxy is working as apt-get and the install script was able to connect to update and install. Any ideas as to what I should do.
