Machine Learning Analysis is empty

I used expedition tool to migrate from FTD to palo alto. But I faced an issue with Machine learning and rule enrichment features. The customer has rule with ANY/ANY in source and destination and they want to convert this rule to multiple rules with the needed access based on the logs. I followed the steps in the document in my LAB and the tool successfully analyze the traffic logs and give me the recommended rules to apply. But on the customer side I can’t get any output. All outputs are empty ! the customer firewall is 5410 and the installed version is 11.0.3-h5.

I searched on the community and found another discussion and found the same problem here.

but in my case there is no panorama and i used a schedule log forwarder to send the logs on the daily basis to expedition tool.
