1) Avoid creating duplicated members on exclusion group addresses.

4) Checked the DNAT logic to avoid creating shadowed rules.

Palo Alto Networks provides a tool called Expedition for migrating from third-party vendors to Palo Alto Networks NGFW and Panorama. This tool is free to use and supports various third-party vendors.
