Ohh that good .. its increasing not only increasing overall throughput Maximum throughput: 100 to 200Gbps But also individual per instance is 2.92 Gbps to 8.7 Gbps

Why this migration carries downtime ?

Hello @SanilHande ,
Upgrading from Standard to Premium SKU triggers a rolling update across backend scale sets. Since the backend infrastructure is rebuilt during the upgrade, a brief service interruption is expected until the new instances are ready.
