    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yesterday I suddenly started experiencing the issue where I connect to GlobalProtect, and then gives an error asking to "&lt;SPAN&gt;Ensure your firewall is on" and to "Ensure your Apple Software Update is installed/enabled".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Obviously, I wouldn't write this post if my firewall was off or the software was not updated. All the settings are the same as the day when everything worked fine. I would appreciate it if someone can show me the right direction to fix this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here's the data:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MacOS Big Sur 11.5.2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Global Protect version: 5.2.8-23&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
