    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are using PA-220 with OS 10.0.6&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Self signed certificate got expired, after renewal of certificate all IOS devices are not connecting through global protect&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Windows and android devices are connecting&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;IOS ver 14&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;GP ver 5.2.9-8&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Error reported on IOS device "Gateway Apple: The network connection is unreachable or the gateway is unresponsive"&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kindly help to resolve this issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You need to&amp;nbsp;troubleshoot this by generating a globalprotect log file and look at the PanGPS and PanGPA log files as maybe they see the gateway/portal with a invalid certificate as you may have not uploaded the root CA cert that signed portal/gateway self signed cert as a trusted cert in the CA store or if you are using a client cert for authentication maybe the phones are not providing the correct SSL cert and so&amp;nbsp; on (in many cases you will do this with your MDM solution for managing mobile phone config etc.):&lt;/P&gt;
