Global Protect Windows pre logon connection issue

While on log on page in Windows 10 machine when click on network icon at the bottom to connect with Global Protect it get stuck with checking status icon and don't proceed further.

I Think you are talking to Before Logon not Prelogon and you need windows reg keys:

Connect Before Logon (paloaltonetworks.com)

Deploy Connect Before Logon Settings in the Windows Registry (paloaltonetworks.com)

For Prelogon you need to have a security policy that allows the traffic:
