&lt;P&gt;The replies in that thread are actually a great place to start. Can you see any associated behavior in the PanGPS or PanGPA logs (I would assume this would likely show more in PanGPA, but check both)? Can't say that I've ever had GlobalProtect take over input unless&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;something&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;with the agent triggers bringing it to focus.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
