    <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear and valuable Live Community Members,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;One of our customers came to us with some questions in regard to the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;issues he is facing with the missing "&lt;U&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Reset Password&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/U&gt;" option on the Sign-in screen at the start of Windows OS after installing the Global Protect agent on the endpoint.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The customer is rolling out sspr, and uses&amp;nbsp;the GP agent with always-on VPN before that normally end users could see the "reset password" on the windows start screen.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We've tested and confirmed that the same issue is happening on different GP versions, but&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;nothing can be found&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;o&lt;SPAN&gt;n the firewall.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;All the affected endpoints are running on &lt;STRONG&gt;Windows 10&lt;/STRONG&gt; and &lt;STRONG&gt;11&lt;/STRONG&gt; version &lt;STRONG&gt;21h2&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and the Global protect Agent version &lt;STRONG&gt;6.0.3-38&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please refer to the below screenshots to see the problem the customer is facing.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;As it looks the GP installation is responsible and affecting the Windows OS by making some changes in regard to the info displayed on the login screen.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;But we really do not understand how it could be happening and how to fix it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Could it be a Windows-related issue?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Have anyone faced a similar issue before?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Could you please kindly help us to find a solution for this?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
