&lt;P&gt;You need to click in Support Case, in the icon with&amp;nbsp;up arrow to the right or Click in "Get Help"&amp;nbsp;button in the middle top,&amp;nbsp;to the left side of the register device.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://live.paloaltonetworks.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/130659"&gt;@RHiggins2&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Click on Support Cases and it will open a new tab/window. Then click the blue "Get Help" button that looks like a menu header, it is actually the button to open a new ticket.&lt;/P&gt;
