Hey Guys,

We have several employees doing the following thing when working from home:

They have their personal laptops (lets call it PL) and they have their company issued work laptop (lets call it WL).

WL has global protect installed. These employees use their PL and then RDP into WL. Now when they try to connect to Global Protect on WL , the Global Protect agent just hangs there in connecting state.

If they login directly on WL (not via RDP) then Global Protect connects without problem.

PA Tech Support has been totally useless in this case.

Anyone else had same issue?

Thanks!
