I have a problem when trying to connect my devices with ios or macOS operating systems, I get an error in the global protect agent.

Error: "The network connection cannot be accessed or the gateway is not responding.
Please check the network connection and reconnect"

In Windows if it works without problems.

Do you use a self sign certificate for GlobalProtect?

I found the issue when using a self sign certificate.

I fixed it by installing that certificate on the macbook or iphone.

Hi Fipaterm,

On macOS using a Keychain for install a certificate.

And need to change the value of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to Always Trust.
