&lt;P&gt;Kind of harder to troubleshoot since you don't really give a whole lot of information. The agent can't reach the GPPortal_ExGW from what you've posted, so either internal host detection isn't working and isn't switching things over to the internal gateway as you expect or the GPPortal_ExGW can't be reached and that's what the agent should be hitting. Without knowing more about your configuration it's impossible to tell what your expected behavior actually should be in your environment.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Take a look at your PanGPS log file on the agent. That file will have all of the information about what the service is actually doing on the endpoint.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;As one of our customers wants to connect the global protect from the local network.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;the week before customers can able to connect global protect globally and locally. but now not able to connect global protect from local network getting error as could able to connect gateway.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
