    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm running Windows 11 with Paralles installed on my MacBook Air M1 2023.&lt;BR /&gt;I installed Palo Alto Networks GlobalProtect on Windows 11 and tried to use it, but an error is displayed and I cannot use it. Please tell me the solution.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;■Error display in GUI&lt;BR /&gt;connection failed&lt;BR /&gt;Could not connect to GlobalProtect service.&lt;BR /&gt;Make sure GlobalProtect is running.&lt;BR /&gt;If the problem persists, please contact your administrator.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;It looks you are trying to install x64 version, while running your VM on M1 chip you will need ARM64 version.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You are probably downloading this from your VPN portal address, right? Unfortunately this will allow you to download only x64 and x32 versions. So you need to download ARM-based version from Palo Alto Customer Support Portal - ask your firewall admin to download it for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
