topic GP 6.2.0-89 White popup window issue in GlobalProtect Discussions

Hello everyone,

We recently pushed 6.2.0-89 to our whole organization. It's been very smooth so far except for one odd issue that has been reported multiple times so far. This issues hasn't happened before on any older version.

I've attached two screenshots of the issue, but essentially people seems to be getting a complete white GP client window, in random locations of their screen, while working. The client itself doesn't seem to disconnect, but the window just stays there until closed. It happens multiple times during the day.

I am trying to get an user to troubleshoot with, however is just seems very intermittent.

I checked the know issues for that client, but couldn't find anything.

Any ideas? Could it be some key bind or macro that triggers the window?

Thanks!

Hello, did you solved this issue? while some of our colleagues facing same issue. I have tried to install newest version (6.2.2-259) but it doesn't help. I Can't identify what opens this pop up.
