Hi Friends,

We have a customer who is using global protect.

Two HIP profiles are configured for two different groups. One for AD users and one for Local users.

The requirement is if local user tries to login he should get the hip profile banner set up for local user

If the ad user login he should get the hip profile banner that is setup for AD Users

The problem is when ever user is trying to login through global protect he is getting two banners match both setup for AD and Local users.

Kindly help me what should be done here.

HIP notification is global for the gateway and it does not have option to choose notification by username.

You can show them based on device settings for example if it is domain joined or not.

There is also option to create 2 gateways. One where AD users connect and other where local users connect but this seems overkill.

Hi Friends,

We have a one customer his facing issue with ,

After upgradation Panorama in the Task Manager Update and install , download and install are running every minute automatically .

We need to stop this system process download and install from panaroma to palo alto firewall.

Kindly help me what should be done here.

We have a one customer who is using URL Filtering

The customer is unable to access chat GPT Website . We have tried to change the URL profiles but still unable to access.

We have checked the URL Filtering action should allowed but still unable to access.

Kindly help me what should be done here.
