    <description>&lt;P&gt;By default GlobalProtect uses tcp/443 and udp/4501.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can try to create custom profile for those users in GlobalProtect portal and force to use SSL only to eliminate possibility that their ISP is misbehaving with udp/4501 traffic.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Global Protect Issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello All,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Hope you all are doing well.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We are using global protect 5.2.14. Most of the users are connecting successfully but some of the users are facing frequently no internet connection or gateway is unreachable even i tested those users in other pc and their vpn are working fine.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please help me to resolve this issue.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;It would be worth looking at their PanGPS.log file from their local client if you can get it as well, as it'll tell you what it's running into.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
