Device Block List for GlobalProtect - where is it in v10.x?

and HELP indicate an DEVICE BLOCK LIST available for GlobalProtect. When in the FW GUI I should see it in the GlobalProtect menu.

It does NOT show up. Even with version 10.1 I click HELP and it says it should be there but nothing.

I do have a v9 PA-3020 and the device block list shows there. Where is the equivalent function in 10.x?

As per My Understanding

GlobalProtec Host Information Profile (HIP) feature need to be Enabled for you to have the Ability to Block Per Hostname

HIP is used after the user logs in. It looks like this feature was removed in 10.x.
