On a client having issues, grab their GlobalProtect debug logs and look for a disconnect reason. A disconnect reason would most likely be found in either the PanGPA or PanGPS log. If you don't identify a disconnect event in those logs I would recommend opening a TAC case to investigate further.

i have a problem with global protect is happening while I'm connected to it and my device tries to read or write from the server, global protect keeps disconnecting and reconnecting again so it closes my connection but at the natural times, it stays connected without any problems.

Does someone have an explanation or something I can do to avoid this problem?

Through the support portal you can open up a case. Otherwise reaching out to your Palo Sales/Support engineer they should be able to assist as well. Customer Support - Palo Alto Networks
