topic globalprotect to prisma *.gpcloudservice.com China godaddy cert problem in GlobalProtect Discussions

Hi,

i received reports from china users using Prisma globalprotect VPN.. when they are connecting to *.gpcloudservice.com.. it seems that the client is unable to access CRL/OSCP of godaddy, therefore there is a popup alerting unable to check revocation status of cert.. will need to click Yes to proceed/continue..

It create kind of inconvenience. Is there any setting to stop CRL/OSCP check on globalprotect client to the portal/gateways relating to *.gpcloudservice.com?

the above happens for on-demand VPN when users already logged in to their laptop. If the users use Connect before login (during thr windows login screen), the popup shown and the Yes button is greyed out.. the VPN never established.
