Android & iPhone GP VPN is not connecting

Hi,

When users are trying to connect from Android & I phone VPN is giving the below error, kindly note some old version of android version is able to connect but latest version of android &iPhone is not able to connect.

"The network connection is unreachable or the portal is unresponsive. Check the network connection and reconnect"

Hi @supportmosal ,

I would recommend verifying the portal address is correct and ensuring you have stable internet capability prior to connecting. Also, can you verify that global protect is currently up?

Thank you for your reply, I like to inform you that only the latest version of Android and iPhone are getting problem to get connected with GP, I have tried using old version of android which is working fine
