Global Protect suspended my phone number

Hi, guys. Can someone help me. I was using global protect using a telkom sim card and all of the sudden my phone number is blocked/suspended. Now I am not able to receive neither calls nor text messages. How can I get my phone number unblocked. I can't afford to lose this phone number.

Hi @SpholaZuki101 ,

Are you making calls via wifi and your phone is connected to a network that has a palo alto firewall? Are you able to disconnect from GlobalProtect? If not, do you have admin access to the firewalls? If so, I would recommend identifying your IP address. Once identified, view your traffic on the monitor log to see any denied traffic/drop.
