Global Protect new update blocks ChatGPT

I work for a company that utilizes Paloalto Global Protect.

Recently, an update in Global Protect rendered ChatGPT inaccessable.

I, along with many of our devs, have utilized ChatGPT and find it a very valuable resource.

Some of us were curious if there are any plans to alter this block or if there is an ETA for when this will be resolved.

The policy denial you are experiencing is managed at an organizational level. I would reach out to your IT team to speak with them about the blocking of ChatGPT.

Hi. My company doesn't explicitly block ChatGPT, but GlobalProtect is preventing essential JavaScript dependencies from loading. Could you please investigate? The blocked script appear to be https://tcr9i.chat.openai.com/v2/35536E1E-65B4-4D96-9D97-6ADB7EFF8147/api.js. Someone has reported this on OpenAI's community forum but for me, when I disconnect from GlobalProtect ChatGPT works fine. Many thanks.
