Hello,

I am running Palo Alto in my network and few team members connects to Global Protect VPN for different partner.

As soon as they connect, VPN keeps disconnecting frequently. If same members connect VPN from home or with hotspot, it works perfectly fine without any drop. Can any one advise how to troubleshoot this issue?

I found a known issue (PAN-224964) with current running PanOS and issue is fixed in 9.1.18 PanOS version. Upgrade is due next month but I am not sure if this issue is related to my scenario or not.

Hi @PiyushBassi ,

I'd recommend checking out the PanGPS.log and PanGPA.log files for. more information on the disconnect reason. Make sure to increase the debug level in the agent to make the logs more verbose.

Also recommend to check out the following troubleshooting GP KB:

https://knowledgebase.paloaltonetworks.com/KCSArticleDetail?id=kA10g000000ClkBCAS

Kind regards,

-Kim.
