It's not uncommon to have a smaller percentage of transparent upgrades fail for various reasons. If you aren't seeing any of your upgrades succeed. If you're seeing it more broadly, make sure that you can actually resolve the portal's FQDN when connected to the VPN and it resolves properly. That's the most common issue I've seen for widespread download failures.

Hello. We moved from GlobalPotect 6.2.2 for Windows because it connected automatically even when configured for on-demand. Moving to GlobalProtect 6.2.0 or GP 6.2.3 was recommended as a solution. We chose the latter, but now users are reporting that GP 6.2.3 does not upgrade transparently. A popup message appears saying an upgrade is in progress but it never completes. We changed the "Allow User to Upgrade" setting for the App from "transparent" to "prompt" to see if the upgrade would complete. Users see the appropriate popup message for a GP upgrade with prompt, but when they press OK the upgrade never completes. Has anyone else seen this problem with GP client for Windows v.6.2.3?
