We've recently deployed SAML auth via Azure, and are having some similar issues, though it's not consistent. Some users get authenticated perfectly, others hang after the gateway stage, and one is hanging at the portal stage, despite authentication succeeding.
Clicking the 'click here' link on the authentication page works for most, but if it fails completely, one thing that seems to fix it, at least for a while, is to sign the user out of the GlobalProtect client, delete the portal address and then re-add it. Click connect and it goes through as it should.

Hello Everyone,

Has anyone else been facing issues connecting via GP VPN lately?

When we try to connect via the agent. It prompts to authenticate via edge. Once that is complete and 2fa is verified on the webpage it states authentication complete and it opens another edge tab to authenticate again and it happens constantly.

Steps Taken:

1. Reboot machine

2. Cleared temp folder logs

3. Reinstalled agent.

Any suggestions?
