    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, i am having issues connecting to the internal network while using the globalprotect vpn. at first the vpn connects to the gateway but when i try to reach the firewall interface the connection is dropped. Also rdp connections are veery slow. Please help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;is this a new deployment or has this suddenly appeared? does this apply to many users or just you/a few ?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;if this is a new deployment, make sure your inbound security rule is set up properly, check your traffic and threat logs to see nothing is getting blocked&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;make sure you allow IPSec inbound (as ssl will have slightly worse performance)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
