    <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't know the answer to this question.&amp;nbsp; But I have seen others mention that there are two general internet connections in China.&amp;nbsp; There is the one the common people of China use, which is heavily restricted and then there is another that foreign companies and some hotels uses, that is less restrictive, but is totally intended for foreigners.&amp;nbsp; It also much more expensive. Many years ago I setup a ipsec tunnel to one of our Chinese subsidiaries, and it worked fine.&amp;nbsp; But I did not know any of the details on there side of the connection.&amp;nbsp; I would assume if you can get the https connection to work from China to the global protect portal, that it would run atleast in SSL mode.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
