The uninstall went fine, we rebooted, and then started the install. It is stuck on Running Package Scripts. It stays this way for over 30 minutes and you cant force quit. You have to reboot the MacBook.&nbsp;</P> <P>&nbsp;</P> <P>Our employee tried calling support and they said it was an internal IT issue that she needs to work with us.
