topic New Surface Pro. Global Protect Ver. 6.2.3-270. Not working. in GlobalProtect Discussions

Yesterday I was setting up a brand new Surface Pro. I ran all updates before installing any apps. I installed GP and I am getting an error "global protect could not connect to the Globalprotect service. Please make sure GlobalProtect service is running". The service is running. I tried restarting it. I tried reinstalling GP. I tried installing different versions of GP and none will work. I then done a complete reinstall of Windows and this morning I installed GP before installing anything else and I am getting the same error.

I find out now that this morning another user got a prompt to update their version of GP and when they did they are getting the same error. They are currently remote now and have no access. Anyone seen and resolved this?
